Raita - also known as Indian yogurt sauce.
A staple in all indian food. Some serve with Cilantro...other's like me are forced to leave without. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of whole milk plain yogurt
- 1/2 english cucumber peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons of chopped green onions or scallions
- 1/4 teaspoon of corriander
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt & Pepper
Combine all ingredients and chill in refrigerator for up to an hour. Serve with Chicken Tikka!
